Questions

I am in a bad mood and it is time to invest in unpopularity. I have framed a list of questions that will irritate people in the Fraternity/Sorority. Please note same is made sector-wise and kind regards.

Tax People: Isn't it better to have done a CA degree? And Big 4 is better work no?

Capital Markets (i.e. us hee hee) People: Isn't is basically one giant DD? Aren't the underwriting agreements and other agreements all just templates and you change logos, names and numbers?

Litigation People: What do you do in the many months in which courts are closed?

Projects/Infrastructure People: But where is the law element in this? Isn't it all just common-sense (and patience coz documents are so long.)

Financing People: If you've done one, you've done them all, no? Plus isn't most of foreign lending really FEMA-compliance?

M&A People: What is the deal size?

here's one. PAtents : Could'nt you find a a better job after you did your doctorate in astrophysics and nuclear biocular science?.

Public Policy PArt I : So, in essence you visit and handover documents to bereaucrats and meet them offline and pay them money. How different is this from pimping and wheeler dealing and how different is this from being an indian postal worker.

Public Policy Part II: So tell me since your the guy with the government knowledge, is the left going to pull the plug on the government if it goes through with the nuclear deal

Public Policy III : So, let me get this stright, you got this job because your dad's the Joint SEcretary right?

Public Policy IV: Tell me something, your dad's the secretary for the Ministry of commernce right, is the pay that good that you can afford to send your kids to Stanford for law?

Public Policy V: Hey, as its your job to keep a track of everything at the Ministry, do you know which floor is the photocopier/shreader at?.
